What kind of labs are available for Industrial Design students at Chandigarh University?

<p>Industrial Design students at Chandigarh University get to use different labs that help them turn concepts into real work. There is a CAD Lab where students learn software like CATIA, Pro-E and SolidWorks. A Model Making Workshop is also there which allows them to build 3D models and test shapes. For knowing about strength and behavior of materials, a Material Testing Lab is provided. Along with this students also practice in a Metal Craft and Carpentry Workshop where they can shape wood and metal for design projects. These labs are made to give a mix of digital learning and manual skills. It gives students a chance to work on real prototypes and understand materials in a better way. In this way theory is connected with practical skills.</p>
