What placement opportunities are given to students in India & abroad after completing an MBA from DoMS, Savitribai Phule Pune University?

The university is a renowned and well established as well as the top universities in the India. So, these attract many companies for abroad as well as for the domestic placements. Though one can notice that the abroad placements opportunities are quite less in DoMS, though the number of students placed is high due to corporates in Pune. Now, for the international tie-ups, there are few companies, but it is better to clear GRE, SAT, and TOEFL for abroad studies. Overall the affiliated university has its remarkable work though DoMS college is still lacking to serve the same students. The placements stats: average Rs 6 lakh per annum and highest Rs 14 lakh per annum. So, make a wise decision, also, the college is not worth going for distance education. Thanking you. Once you stepped into any good MBA college which includes DoMS, you will get opportunities but how you convert them or how you take them is totally up to you. You would get enough opportunities in PUMBA to grow and get into a reputed company. Companies like L&T Finance, TCS, Dr. Reddy's, etc., come for placements. Abroad opportunities might be less but MNCs would be there in the campus for India operations. After a couple of years of hard work, you might get an opportunity to travel abroad but that is totally up to you and your skills that you inculcate during those two years in that organization. So, don't worry about the placements from the start, once you get into any of the top 10 MBA colleges, you will get these opportunities to evaluate yourself and polish your skills. So, make sure you do some productive work and certifications during these two years apart from focussing on the placement and worrying about placements.
