8 years agoThe job opportunities that a distance education from an open university like IGNOU offer might not be comparable in front of the packages offered to IIM graduates. Especially if we look at opportunities overseas, we will find very few of those in distance learning programmes. But if we take a comparative look at the ROI, distance learning degrees don't fare that bad either. If we take into consideration the affordable and cost-effective distance learning programmes offered by open universities like IGNOU or Dr. B.R. Indira Gandhi National Open University provides distance learning courses and many students get placed in good firms.
However, the university and degree can only provide you with the opportunities. It is the candidate who has to convert and get the final company call. Make sure that you keep working hard and study outside the syllabus and know the current business trends. This college has good course structure that provides a right direction for placement preparation. Keep working in a smart way to get placed in good companies.
