    SAT is just one part of whole profile so if you are looking for admission in any of the colleges, you need to hv around 1580 and a holistic profile that includes co-curricular activities, community services etc. In addition to SAT subject based SAT for math is also required. Check here.

Ludwig Maximilian University expects SAT scores for some programs only. The university ask for a proof of high school completion as a qualification. Students have to submit documents like transcripts, resume, English and German language requirements.

While SAT and ACT are indeed recoognized by the University of Sydney with completion of a secondary or high school qualification, its not mandatory for Indian students to submit the same.
