Feeling worried whle the board exam preparation is not abnormal, but students should try to not let it affect their overall exam preparation. Such students should take short breaks between study and try to relax or take a nap. They can also do some fun activities such as taking to friend, take a walk, listening to music, etc. Students should not to forget follow the daily study routine and get seven to eight hours sleep and eat healthy food.
