    4.International Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management
    5.MBA
    6.Master in Financial Management
    7.Master in management studies
    8.Master in retail management

    Hi,
    As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you.
    However as per your query I would suggest you to ork for 2-3 years after completing your BBA and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
    This work experience of yours will give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
    Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MB
