IIM K personal interviews are conducted along with the EMAT examination for admission to Executive Post Graduate Program of IIM Kochi. Candidates who will register for the EMAT exam will be able to appear for the entrance exam and personal interview rounds. Upcoming EMAT 2026 and personal interview will be held on January 24.

EMAT difficulty level varies depending on candidate's preparation level. Generally, EMAT exam is moderately difficult similar to CAT exam. The exam assess analytical, verbal, and quantitative skills. With regular practice and thorough preparation, the exam is scoring. However, time management and speed are important to pass the exam.
