Where can I pursue B.A without attending the classes? I want to prepare for UPSC simultaneously.
Currently I am in class 12th.

If you are preparing for UPSC or other civil services exam and you are not able to attend the college then you must enroll in SOL. DU
SOL. DU has a great reputation and it's a prestigious educational institute in India for open learning.
Or you can prefer IGNOU for your graduation.
Both universities are very reputative and provides you a valuable degree.
