For chemistry, you can prefer NCERT and for physics and maths, you can prefer Cengage. -

JEE Mains is an exam which almost everyone wants to give. Hence it's very good to see you start preparing right now. Syllabus for this exam is same as that for 12th of CBSE. So, books prescribed by CBSE for 12th are needed.
