    Hi Aman,
    Though there are various books for UPSC preparation. But first, your focus should be on completing the basic NCERTs. Once you are done with that, focus on the mentioned books:
    History of Modern India Bipan Chandra (History)

    History Of Medieval India Satish Chandra (History)
    Indian Art and Culture Nitin Singhania (Culture)

    Hi Aman, UPSC exam in its official website itself recommends to only and strictly follow NCERT books for the preparation and many a times questions are either directly fetched or moulded from the NCERT textbooks itself along with current affairs updates from newspaper The Hindu and The Indian Express. Along with them, you may go for M. Laxmikanth book for polity of India and study of constitution. Also, Economics is the subject you need to go with +1 and +2 macrofinance books and for the rest of the subjects it would be advisable to go through NCERT books from 7th standard to 12th standard for all geography, history, art and culture, p
