    Well, staying in Patna, people always do think that no one would be able to crack any exam and they would be left with both the legs on two boats at the same time but this is the up-trending apocryphal.
    Patna and taking Bihar as a whole has ever since been introducing the maximum numbers of IPS officers through UPSC every year. So, it doesn't mean that we are not having the talent, of course, we are blessed with the talent of working hard and forcing to contemplate the entire country about our labour and our innate talents.
