The top countries which offer free or zero tuition fee or very affordable education for Indians are:

    • Germany: Most public universities charge no tuition fees for undergraduate and master's programs. Students only pay a small semester administrative fee (around €150–€350).
    • Norway: Public universities offer 100% free education for all students, doesn't matter where you are from. A small semester registration fee is required.
    • Austria: Non EU students pay very low tuition fees typically around €730 per semester which is significantly less than in other popular study destinations.
    • Czech Republic: Education is free in public universities
