I have 10 year experience in zinc smelting plant and one year experience in research and development. I have M.Sc. in analytical chemistry and process engineering degree.

    Since you have 11 years of industrial experience which is of great advantage if you have M.Tech degree it will surely outshine your career in future. I believe 951, that you have mentioned is the All India Rank in GATE. If it is so, then getting into IITs will be tough. It all depends on your category and the branch you wish to opt for. NIT, Trichy offers M.Tech courses in Industrial Metallurgy( Metallurgical and Material Engineering dept.), Industrial Engineering & Management ( Industrial Engineering dept.) which are the best options for you.     Some of the good options are IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IISC.
    Branch should be chosen based on your personal interest.
