    Hi Balwinder, I guess to learn something extraordinary you will have to search for those Institutions those are more focused on research and development projects and None of the Institutions could be comparable with Lovely Professional University in this aspect.     You can go for NIT-Jalandhar or LPU-Jalandhar. Both are good in terms of education and placements.

    As per my knowledge, I can say that LPU is best for Maths Being an Alumnus, I had friends who did the same course from LPU. Mathematics covers a broad range of themes. Hence, you can choose any major field like Statistics Operations Management, Accountancy, Actuarial Sciences, and many more. You can join academics after acquiring a bachelor's degree in Mathematics.     Dear Balwinder, I would say, Lovely Professional University is the India's the largest private university with the best infrastructure. If you are thinking about pursuing M.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics, LPU is the best option. I am saying this because on of my know has completed same course from Lovely professional University, Her experience at LPU was amazing. Few points told by my known who did her studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision:

    For M.Sc in maths amongst Punjab University, Chandigarh, NIT, Jalandhar in terms of education and placements. It is NIT Jalandhar every time. Good luck.

The Panjab University accepts the GATE cutoff score for admission to the ME/ M.Tech courses. The Panjab University PU-CET (UG) Cutoff 2024 has been published for all rounds and categories. The PU CET UG Cutoff 2024 ranged from 51.88 to 96.21, for the General All India category students. The Panjab University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been released up to Round 1 till now for admission to MS and MD courses. For the General category students under the AI quota, the cutoff ranged from 39 to 7547 in the first and last round closing ranks. The hardest specialisation was MD in Radio Diagnosis, and the easiest was MD in Anaesthesiology. Please note that the cutoff will vary according to different categories and quotas.

Panjab University JAC Chandigarh Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BArch course for various categories and rounds for students under the All India and Home State quota. The JAC Chandigarh Cutoff 2025 for the General category candidates under the All India quota was 216 in the last round for admission to Chandigarh College of Architecture. For the General HS candidates, admission to Chandigarh College of Architecture ranged from 2131 to 3057 in the first and last round closing ranks, respectively.
