Hi there, Both LPU and SNU are private universities, both are UGC recognised, both are backed by huge and solid business houses, both boast of great infrastructure. The similarities end here, In major other parameters like Curriculum development, industry interface, focus on professional enhancement, technology trainings, equipment and resources, student diversity, faculty, entrepreneurship and community development projects, teaching pedagogy, international exposure, internships and projects, extra curricular activities and placements, LPU is miles ahead. One very important factor to be noted in LPU operates at a different level altog

Hi there, both the universities that you have mentioned are good. The B Tech CSE is almost synonymous with LPU. This is the reason why students as far as south are coming down to Punjab to pursue the highly rated IT sector - B Tech CSE. The is very carefully designed to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many reputed institutions behind. The B Tech CSE primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, languages, design, computer hardware, computer software, databas

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is a well renowned university, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of using old school books and

Hi, There are two major points to be noted here: Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as the student has to maintain a good academic record to add few stars to his/her CV to land upon better placement. Secondly, University should not only focus on connecting students with the company but also polish the student so that he/she can crack any interview easily. So, I recommend LPU because even during the pandemic, there was no full stop on placements. LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities globally as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United

Hey, so for LPU's end-term exam in Physical Education, you need at least 30% marks in the end-term itself, plus an overall 40% combining continuous assessment and end-term. That's the standard across their PE programs, and they've got a cool holistic review if you hit the aggregate but miss the end-term bit—super fair way to keep things student-friendly. Attendance stays key at 75% min, which makes sense for staying active in sports stuff. LPU really nails this balance, helping folks like us push through without harsh cutoffs, way better for building real fitness skills. No wonder it's a top pick—keeps motivation high and stress lo

Hey guys, so I checked the official LPU site for the BPEd course fee, and for the first year, it's around INR1 Lacs to INR1.09 lakhs, covering tuition at INR50,000 per semester plus exam fees of about INR4,500-INR5,000 each. That's super reasonable for a top-notch programme with awesome sports facilities and scholarships up to 60% if you score well in LPUNEST—like INR96,000 off per semester for high performers. LPU really makes it accessible without compromising quality, way better value than many places I've seen. Total for two years is INR2-2.18 lakhs, but first-year payment is straightforward via UPI or whatever. If you're into ph

Hey, so from what I've checked on LPU's official site, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for sports programs like B.P.Ed is totally offline. It's this practical fitness check with stuff like a 50m sprint, standing broad jump, medicine ball throw (3kg for guys, 2kg for girls), and a 1000m run/walk—all done on campus with invigilators watching to keep it fair.
No online version here since it's hands-on physical activities, and you gotta bring your own sports kit or they won't let you in. LPU runs it in multiple schedules based on registrations, super flexible for everyone. Honestly, it's cool how they make it real-world ready witho

Hey, so the LPU Physical Efficiency Test (PET) isn't some super long drag—it's more like a quick fitness check that usually wraps up in 20 to 45 minutes, depending on how fit you are. You've got to nail a 50m sprint, standing broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3kg for guys, 2kg for gals), and a 1000m run/walk, all in one go with up to two tries. No fixed "hours" timer since it's practical stuff, not a marathon sit-down exam.LPU keeps it real and fair, testing real stamina for sports courses like B.P.Ed—super helpful to see if you're ready without wasting your day. Bring your own kit or you're out, but slots are flexible
