Many GFTIs have a criteria of 60 % on their websites and JoSAA criteria is 75% for class 12. BIT Mesra, PEC Chandigarh and University of Hyderabad have 60% eligibility criteria on their websites.

The minimum percentage required in 12th for the JOSSA counselling is 60%. According to the score of both JEE Mains and 12th you can get any NIT, IIIT or GFTI. But yes, if you are looking for an IIT then you need to score 75% marks in 12th class. Then only you will be eligible for the entrance exam, which is JEE Advance.
