CSE and mechanical both are engineering course but are quite different from each other. CSE deal with computer programming and mechanical deals with machines, first make up your mind in which you are interested, as a faculty at LPU, LPU offers both these courses and I can share the highlights. LPU provides everything that an engineering student requires to achieve quality education and placements. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, are an integral part of the curriculum. In addition to core curricula, the course offers subject

Both have good job opportunities, you can choose as per your interest. As per my experience, LPU is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, the best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPU provides abundant opportunities for students to think out of the box. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies. LPU is providing its students the exposure by providing opportunities for guest lectures, workshops, industrial visit

    Hi Sunil,
If you consider career prospects with the view of placement rate, then yes there is absolutely a special rate of placements offered at B.Tech computer science and engineering level with more number of companies visiting the campus aiming to employ computer Science students other than mechanical engineering. For mechanical engineering, companies do visit but they are limited in number and 100% placement may not be exactly guaranteed.
    All the best.

    Hi,
    How are you?
Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
    So, choose a suitable branch.
    Go for it.
    Thank you and keep asking!

The university has all the important mechanical labs like workshop lab, fluid mechanics lab, thermal lab, strength of material lab, and machine lab. In these labs we get to work on real machines, tools, engines, and different mechanical equipment. Teachers guide us step by step, so even difficult topics become easy to understand.

The course covers all the main subjects like thermodynamics, manufacturing process,
