Which exam should I prepare for amongst CAT, MAT, CMAT and XAT?
I have scored 56% in class 10th, 45% in 12th and 60% in my graduation.

A good preparation of CAT makes easier to score
Xat, Cmat followed by mat
Give attempt to CAT & XAT,
if the results does not go well
U any how have chances to attempt mat 4 times a year.
Mat is one of the easiest exam above u mentioned.

Among the exams mentioned, CAT and XAT are comparatively tougher but many prominent B-schools across India accept their scores. With thorough and diligent preparation, both of them can be cracked. Give CMAT too since it is a bit easier than both CAT and XAT. There are not a lot of top-ranked colleges accepting MAT scores nowadays, so keep it only as a backup. Focus more on CAT/XAT and CMAT. -

You have to be prepared for CAT and take coaching of CAT because most B-schools accept CAT, CMAT and XAT both have same syllabus as CAT for exam, so be prepared for CAT. Then you can make it with MAT. -
You should prepare for CAT by taking up some coaching institutes and try to give exams like CAT / XAT if you couldn't make it. Then you can take MAT and it will be easier for you to get the top B-schools through MAT with basic preparation. -
