Difference is in duration amongst both the programs. Otherwise, LPU provides equal opportunities for placement for both the programs. B.Sc. Design is of 3 years and b. design. Is of 4 years. The Fashion Design School at LPU is in demand in industry for providing skilled manpower. Some companies which recruit are: Reliance Trends Marks and Spencers Easy Diner Xeno stack Eclerx Ample And this is just a tip of the iceberg! Design in fashion design from LPU and got placed in reputed fashion industries. The highest package offered for these programmes at LPU is INR 5 LPA and the average package is INR 3.1 LPA. My cousin sister is pursuing B. Design (Fashion) from LPU itself. She has discussed few points with me about her course:- She told me Study tours are an integral part of curriculum with visitation of architectural and prominent sites provides maximum exposure to learn technicalities of architecture. She said. Fashion designing is a branch having a lot of scope and in LPU, they give a lot of exposure to students, through guest lectures from industry top shots, various in campus and out campus fashion shows, and also they have their own store where the studentscreations are showcased and sold. The school provides a platform for students to experiment with creative designs, patterns, fabrics and colors. Live with fashion events, visits by renowned national and international fashion designers, innovation and creativity is fostered in the students at every step. They are encouraged to experiment with different materials to create conceptual wear and accessories. Also Students are exposed to fashion shows, craft fairs, industry internships and craft documentation.
