As per my knowledge, PSIT is best among the mentioned colleges for CSE. Placements & academic record of PSIT are far better than those in the above-mentioned colleges. Recently, I have come to know that Infosys recruited 154 students from PSIT, which was the highest in terms of numbers in UP. As far as academics is concerned, I could find PSIT among the top-three colleges in AKTU. -
JSS-Noida is the best college after that, it comes to AK Garg College and then Galgotias College and then PSIT as the placements, infra and faculty of JSS is more than what one can expect from the good colleges. -

Among your choices AK Garg and JSS, Noida are better then your other choices for doing B.Tech CSE. Both AKG and JSS are almost similar for CSE based on market acceptance and placement records.
