IPE is better as it focuses on quality education and suitable placements. IPE has better top notch faculty and they offer excellent placements as well. Few of the companies that have visited IPE's campus for the batch of 2017 are Deloitte, TCS, Federal Bank, BYJU's, etc. So you don't really have to worry about the placements in IPE as more than 70% students grab positions in top MNCs.

The institute is located in a picturesque greenwood area,good and excellent faculty good placement and good atmosphere with greenery. Starting with research, the institute soon found itself having to undertake consultancy for PES and responding to the training needs of the executives of PEs and various educational programs and best college in overall Andhra Pradesh and one of the best B-School in India.
Other colleges you mentioned are not even in the top 100 list. If you are looking for good career, then go for IPE. -

IPE is ranked 38th in All India level by MHRD ranking. I don't know about the institutes you mentioned in question. But I failed to find that institutes in MHRD ranking given by Government. Better go for some un-biased rankings. -

We can't judge other colleges. IPE has top-notch faculty, placements, good infrastructure and moreover, IPE is known for excellent placements for marketing. It totally depends on your choice.
