You can get better colleges but if you want to chose out of these then go for LNMIIT.

BIT-Jaipur is a government oriented college and LNMIIT on the other hand is private. However, placements are better at LNMIIT and you'll get more exposure in coding at this institute. However, BIT-Jaipur will give you a tag of being graduated from one of the BITS-Mesra branch and hence it will differ. Rest, the choice is yours, choose wisely.

Your rank will secure you a good branch in both colleges. What BIT Jaipur lacks for in terms of infrastructure, it makes up for with it's faculty and placement record. LNMIIT has a vast infrastructure and facilities. Again, this is a debatable topic and it wouldn't do any harm if you discuss the quality of education there with some current undergrad. In the end, it all comes down to what and how you are taught.
