Mohit, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahendra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc come for recruitment purpose. Most of the B.Tech students are placed in good companies with high package. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students have been offered package as high as 20 lacs pa. Lovely Professional University is one of the finest university that I know of. Be it academics, placements or extra-curricular activities. And I am saying this because one of my friend has done B.Tech from LPU only and right now she is working with Amazon. Few points which will help you to take decision:- It is the best private university which always focuses on learning outcomes by letting explore our capabilities. The curriculum blends in with the technology. It provides for multiple industrial exposures, live projects, an updated curriculum rigor and technology along with very good placements and personality development. Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The faculty members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. They are always ready to help the students. During the exams, professors arrange special classes for the students to help them revise better and clear their doubts. Record placements with over 610 hired on a single day by cognizant. Tech mahindra hired 250 students in one go, which is the highest for any campus drive conducted by tech mahindra. In my view, LPU is better than Poornima University. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow and compete with JAYPEE University and Galgotias University in terms of:(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts and associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs and abroad. (b) Global connectivity by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand, etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing and peers groups of learning. In addition to many more like project based learning, flexi-slot based timetable, digital classroom and high level learning level lab in all department. If possible, before taking any decision, you may visit Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur.
