    The best college in all the colleges that you have mentioned above is the UPES for the CS in terms of faculty and placements as the last year the average pack of this college is INR. 4.5 LPA.

    Then you go for UPES if you consider education quality and placement because UPEs provide good quality education but only demerit has their fees structure if you manage the you can go for it.

    Chandigarh University is good for CSE because Chandigarh University provides good CSE faculty members, course curriculum, placements and computer labs also.

    For CSE, I would probably say, Chandigarh University is the better option available here. UPES is best options if you consider the petroleum branch. So, for CSE, go for CU.

    Faculty and Infrastructure of UPES is better than Chandigarh University. The placements of both the colleges are good. So, you can opt for any one of these. The education quality comprises of the course curriculum, faculty, books availability, etc., which are definitely better in UPES.
