For B.Tech, if you are still searching colleges and you have the opportunities to put your leg in some other well known universities in south you should prefer those but in North India, Chandigarh University is said to be one of the fastest growing universities, obviously by their marketing agency and yes it is growing fast in student numbers and the area of its infrastructure. Well there are a lot of factors which may change your opinion but let me state my opinion, by my experience I would say the syllabus pattern is not good, maybe it will get better in coming years, I am a six semester as a student of engineering department and acc

There are so many colleges and private universities through which you can pursue your education in Punjab. But I have heard so many good things about Chandigarh University related to infrastructure, placements, and rankings. They both are private colleges and they both are equally good. Well, one thing that I am sure about is that CU is better than AKTU. It will get you better placement. But as we speak of exceptions, there are a few in AKTU and AKG is one of them. You will get the perfect environment, and exposure and due to its proximity to many IT firms based in NCR it might be a good choice over CU. Thanks and all the best.

I don't know much about Chitkara but as a student of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, I can say it will be better to get admission in other college due to poor placement and an unbalanced and strict college schedule.

Faculty , workshops , sports , course , exposure , opportunities , internships , placement , infrastructure, everything here at Chitkara University is best of all so in a clear scenario Chitkara University is better. Placement which is the ultimate goal, a lot of stress and attention is paid on that.
