Among the two options I can only contribute about the Chandigarh university as I live in kharar, near to the university and has been aware about the Chandigarh university placements, patent record and NAAC A+ recognition. Even at the time of pandemic also studies of student continue without much issue through an app called blackboard. University has also been there for their students.
