Among the two options I can only contribute about the Chandigarh university as I live in kharar, near to the university and has been aware about the Chandigarh university placements, patent record and NAAC A+ recognition. Even at the time of pandemic also studies of student continue without much issue through an app called blackboard. University has also been there for their students.

Chandigarh University is better than HPU. Chandigarh University is NAAC A+, overall 52nd ranked by NIRF. The highest Placements package is 36 LPA, with total 7412 offers given to students.
