I have 16 years behind me as educator at various top universities in India, per my experience I can shed some light. B.Tech in all branches is a highly demanding, cost and resource intensive programme for a college to run. Very few universities like LPU boast of the infrastructure which can do justice to the talent of students. With infrastructure, practice machinery, tech trainings worth multi mullion dollars and faculty from top IITs and US Universities, LPU has made a great reputation for itself in engineering. More than 700 faculty members are PhDs and Post doctoral and they provide the exposure to students which is unmatched. Comi

Dear Isha, Both Manav Rachna and Chandigarh University are doing good in the education sector. I am an Alumni of LPU and completed my studies at LPU in 2019. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
