Which is a better university to pursue a BCA Chandigarh University or LPU?

I cann't comment anything about LPU but being a part of CU I can comment on the BCA course in CU. As the BCA curriculum in the CU is having the part of computer Science engineering. Students of BCA are being taught in the field of computer languages and various software developing programs. It helps the students to being adjust in IT field and many students of the CU in the course of BCA are placed in the top IT companies. The highest package offered by the company in the BCA course is 10 Lacs.

Both the universities are good. The BCA programme at LPU is designed to develop skills for building efficient and resource-optimized software/website/cloud/mobile applications. Helllo Sameeksha, LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures, I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and the Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. During My graduation, My roommate was doing BCA and he is now placed in a shell oil company as a Database Engineer. As per his feedback, the computer application department is one of the finest departments of LPU. The curriculum is so good and benchmarked with the foreign universities and Industry requirements which gives a clear gateway to good placement. Moreover, LPU has a separate department of career services that helps students in every step for and during placement drives. Being an Alumni of LPU, I can only share my experience and details about LPU and I can not comment anything about CU. I remember my days when one of my friend invented an Application for Blood Donation named Samparan that is still being used in most of the Hospitals and Dispensaries. He was enrolled in BCA and was awarded by HRD Ministry. There are many such achievements by BCA students. University provides complete assistance in all terms to the students. Students are trained from the 1st year onwards, internship, live projects are the integral part of curriculum. BCA Course at LPU is designed to build programming skills for developing efficient and resource optimized software/website/cloud/mobile applications. In simple terms, BCA Programme at Lovely Professional University has lots to do with Computer Science and programming. Students are given knowledge on topics like Programming languages, hardware and software, computer networks, World Wide Web, Database Management, Logic, Multimedia etc. CA graduates have good scope in jobs as a Web Developer, Software Tester, etc. Depending on the skills you acquire during your BCA. Dear Sameeksha, I would say, Lovely professional University is one of the most prestigious universities in India. It offers 200+ programs and courses at Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. LPU is popular for its excellence in teaching and the infrastructure facilities the university possesses. I did post graduation from this University and I have few friends who has done BCA and currently they are working with MNCs with decent package. One of my friend told me that In BCA you will learn about some interesting subjects like Mathematics, Computer Programming, Computer Networking, Database Management Systems and, Software Engineering. Besides the core compulsory subjects, students can choose from a wide variety of subjects as their pathway elective or minor elective. The curriculum is revised occasionally to keep students up-to-date and industry ready. They give a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Don't miss out on that as in the end, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, are an integral part of the curriculum. Students are involved in various Co-curricular Activities like AndroidWorkshop, ERP, PHP, LAMP, Guest lecture on database administration, Mobile Application development, Quiz IT, iPhone Workshop, etc. They organized a two-day hands-on Network Implementation workshop held in Lovely Professional University hosted by School of computer applications.
