Which is best in terms of placement: Doon Business School vs LPU?

Dear Anamika, LPU is better than Doon Business School in terms of placement for all the programmes offered by LPU. I did MBA from LPU so I would be sharing the MBA placement details with you. Though both the universities are good in academics but being an alumni of LPU let me explain the details. The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. Coming to academics, LPU has maintained a great academic record over the years. The workshops and guest lectures that happen every now and then benefit the students. Also, students get the chance to do live projects at the university. Various opportunities for internships and industry immersion are also provided at LPU. Students also get placement mentoring which prepares them for the placement season. LPU is at another level when we talk about placements, such is the difference that B.A. Students of LPU are placed better then most MBA students of other B-Schools. When BBA students of LPU get placed at packages of 18 LPA and 15 LPA ! What to talk about MBA students. How is LPU able to pull it off? It can do it because of heavy investments in intellectual capital ! With more than 700 Ph.D. faculty, LPU has the largest talent pool as faculty in India. This enables it to drive the curriculum in the way the industry wants, not to mention the great industry interface it maintains to develop the best of strategies for curriculum and teaching pedagogy. With more that 800 companies coming to campus, it is virtually unmatched. So, there is no comparison. Because there is difference in the scale of operations of both. LPU is miles ahead. DVD.
