Which is better after 12th, a 1-year Diploma in Event Management or a 5-year integrated degree in Event Management?

<p>For a quick entry a 1 year Diploma is great for practical skills but a 5 year integrated degree offers deeper theory and better long term leadership roles.&nbsp;</p><p data-start="45" data-end="387" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">A Diploma degree is shorter in duration but a full UG degree takes&nbsp;more time to be completed.</p><p data-start="45" data-end="387" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">If you want quick job then you should do Diploma but if you want more deep understanding in the field then start with UG degree.</p>
