I suggest Computer Science engineering, as it is now leading branch in the technical world. Huge opportunities, best career options were available in CSE. When compared to Biomedical, it is far better, because many software companies emerging and lot of human power needed. So, choose software stream.

B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engineering (B.Tech BME) and B.Tech in Computer Science both the courses has good future prospectus. Only matter is your interest and passion. Another things if you have ability to seat long ours on computer then better choose Computer Engineering. Yes, for Bio-Medical course you need to have Biology one of the subject in intermediate.
