Which is better for job among civil and mechanical engineering?

hello.both of them have good opportunitues for jobs since both are prime and most important subjects for mankind

In this time,Mechanical engineering is best as compared to Civil Engineering. Civil has limited career opportunities and packages. Bt mechanical is good after CSE.So u can get good packages and jobs. Best of luck.

in civil u will have field jobs that means out of office u should go to construction site and work but in mech u can be a bit relaxed in Your office

Both civil vs. mechanical engineering yields some similarities, the biggest difference between the two careers is what professionals in the field engineer. Dear Dipankar, Mechanical engineering and civil engineering are the two the oldest and most frequently used areas of engineering. Civil engineering is primarily about the construction, planning, and maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and buildings. Mechanical engineering, on the other hand, is in the simplest terms the technical current that deals with the mechanics of automobiles and other machines. Both areas of engineering are evergreen and offer students excellent career prospects. These fields are used in all areas of life and in all parts of the world. Vacancies are available in both the private and public sectors or from government organizations. I have many friends who have done B.Tech in Civil and Mechanical at LPU and well settled in their life, Placement at LPU for ME and Civil: Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. Do CS or IT if you are only job oriented.None mentioned above is actually good for job in India . Mechanical fresher gets too less.Evn if u are mechanical engineer, there are 75% chances that you would get a job in an IT company in your college placement because there are hardly any core mech companies visiting any institute.
