Hey Sunny,
Considering the placement records of both the universities I can say Amity will be a bit better than Galgotias University. You can check out there placement records available on their website. Talking about some other best universities nearby you can also check out AMU, Jamia, Lovely Professional University. These also offer same best placements along with lower fee structures. -
