D Pharma is a two year Diploma course generally. D Pharmacy is treated as study of basic concepts of Pharmacy such as pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, and pharmacognosy.
Pharma D is a Master's degree program in field of pharmaceutical sciences that lasts for six years, out of which five years are academic study and one year is an internship or residency. Pharm D programme covers a wider and more detailed study of pharmacy, including clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical care, patient management, healthcare systems, and advanced pharmacy practice.
