Physiotherapy deals with rehabilitation of patients through physical therapy techniques. Physiotherapy courses were developed for assessing, diagnosis and also treating patients with physical impairments and disabilities.
On other hand, there are courses in Paramedical fields which could be termed as a group of health professions constituting support system to medical profession in looking after patients. They call for specialised skills and training in keeping with specific nature of particular paramedical roles.
