Which is better to pursue CSE: CU or LPU?

I won't go into much detail, just a cursory look at the placements tells the entire picture. With over 700 recruiters, 900 placement drives, more than 70 companies offering more than 10 lacs remuneration lead by Microsoft, massive industry interface and more than 90% eligible students placed, LPU takes the cake by a huge margin. Its not just the placements, it is the whole lot of activities in developing curriculum according to industry inputs, teaching pedagogy and unflinching focus on excellence and professional enhancement which does the trick. Both Cu and LPU are good Universities in terms of the B.Tech CSE programme with unique curriculum and placements. As per my personal experience, I must say that LPU provides great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance for the students to attend guest lectures or workshops so that they get to learn as much as they can. LPU is far way ahead of any other institute in many parameters such as rankings, exposure and placements. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Let me highlight what I have out figured: LPU adopts new technologies faster than anyone, they update their curriculum even after each semester by taking feedback from the students and also meeting the latest standards. Dear Gaya, Both CU and LPU are the best private universities but I would be able to tell you about the CSE programme at LPU only, There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world.
