Which is good for Chemical Engineering, UPES or LPU?

Chemical engineers translate processes developed in the lab into practical applications for the commercial production of products and then work to maintain and improve those processes. They rely on the main foundations of engineering: Maths, physics, and chemistry (though biology is playing an increasing role). The main role of chemical engineering is to design and troubleshoot processes for the production of chemicals, fuels, foods, pharmaceuticals and biologicals, just to name a few. They are most often employed by large-scale manufacturing plants to maximize productivity and product quality while minimizing cost. In my opinion Lovely Professional University is good in all the aspects but I am not sure about UPES so here I am detailing about LPU. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. LPU is having well established laboratories, curriculum as per need of industry. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of using old school books and lectures, LPU has experimented with books, interactive problem-solving interactions and working through real-world applications. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements. LPU is conferred with National Employ-ability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row for having Most Employable Students and being one among the top colleges and universities in India with one of the highest Employ-ability rates.

Hi, I would choose LPU. Tends to change instruction through scholastic meticulousness; pragmatic direction and result-based education 1. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. 2. LPU has all the necessary accreditation. 3. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest learning by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. 3. Industry immersion can be seen as there are seminars and workshops held by the industry experts and the alumni, so that the students can get a fair idea of the market trends 4. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. 5. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career department is one of the largest and best in India. 6. LPU gives impetus to aid research and offers financial aids too for propelling research. 7. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready. Even mock placement drives are held. 8. The MNCs have recruited many students to top notch positions. A student of Agriculture got a whooping offer of 1cr from a US firm, B.Tech CSE student got 42LPA from Microsoft. About 650 companies visit LPU for recruitment in the LPU campus. It has won many accolades and is even awarded the National Employabilty 2020 award for Best Placements. This year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants. Both options are doing good even I faced lot of confusion in selection of university at the time of my graduation. After long comparison I felt good for LPU. It gave me extra edge in everything. I am an alumni of LPU and I have seen and heard his experience during his UG. From infrastructure to faculty members. From education quality to rankings and facilities in university.
