If you want to join CSE, I would suggest you to prefer VIT-Chennai, SRM Chennai other than, it is Anna University.

CSE today, and everything is covered by CS so you can opt for CS in SRM-Chennai. But everything depends on your interest so if you have an interest in programming, then you can opt for this field. Thank you. -
