If you're comparing UPES and LPU strictly on placements, UPES tends to have an edge overall because of its stronger industry connections in engineering and specialised domains. Recruiters in core sectors visit UPES more consistently, while LPU offers wider variety but slightly less concentrated placement strength. It still depends on your branch and how active you are with internships and projects, so check with current students in your field before deciding.
