UK education is ranked no.1. Also, MS from the UK would be of 1-year only. USA education is also really good. Course over there can be of 1 or 2 years. But if you wish to gain experience from that country, UK does not give you stay back option, whereas, the USA gives you a stay back. If your programme comes under the STEM category, you can stay back.

Masters in London, UK is best because you save one year of your life, it is one year programme in UK. The cost of tuition fees is less than US. You also can earn your fees back by doing part time job while you study on 20 hours per week you are allowed to work. Specialisation of the course also will be very good in UK. -
