Which is the best country to pursue MS in agriculture? Can I get a scholarship for the same?

For agriculture studies, New Zealand, Australia, Netherlands, Japan and USA are very popular. You can check universities in these countries. Scholarship will depend on how good your profile and the university. Mostly these financial aid are on merit.
