    Hi Wahid,
Both have different career outcomes and both are different programs altogether, so you cannot compare. If you have very good skills in mathematics and you will be able to study core technical things, then you can pursue engineering or B.Tech.
BCA is more into computer applications, even you will need mathematics for coding, etc. You must decide as per your interest and aptitude.

If you are eligible for B.Tech, then you should definitely go for B.Tech as the salary range of a B.Tech graduate is more than as compared to BCA graduate. If not then BCA is also a great way of entering into the IT Industry. Both degree courses will allow you to work in IT Sector. BCA is intended for those candidates who wants to work in software field and whereas B.Tech is for both fields software and hardware. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students. It has programs and assignments of languages

B.Tech is a better option for you. MCA is equivalent to B.E/B.Tech.

    Hi,
Both the courses are related to IT. But, B.Tech is an engineering degree, whereas BCA is a professional degree course. In terms of market demand, B.Tech in IT is much ahead of BCA.
