    Pursuing MCA is logical and relevant to your field of study. The choice also depends on your interests - being on the technical side or move into the management side after gaining technical experience. If the answer is technical, then go in for MCA. Otherwise MBA is a good option to incorporate the management skills and move up the corporate ladder.

    there are so many courses after bca you can do mca or mca.both are good course for job point of view.
    job not only depends on best course also on your skills or capability.so whatever course you will do just give 100% of your side and improve your knowledge and enhance your skills.one more thing also for good job you require good conversation skill.

    Job prospects for a BCA graduate are available in various areas like programming, networking, system administration etc. There are many companies which specialize in these areas like WIPRO, TCS etc. But the scope is not limited to the IT companies. Most organizations whether big or small nowadays will have requirements in the IT sections. These include Banking sector, Telecommunication sector, Dairy Sector etc.
