Which of these is better among B.Tech in ECE from DTU and BE (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS-Pilani?

    Hi,
    Both the colleges are reputed along with excellent placements records, so it’s quite tough to select which is better, however, BITS-Pilani is somehow better than DTU.
    Here is a comparison between them:

    Delhi Technological University is a reputed institute and is also popular among the people. Coming to the infrastructure, the Department has 11 well-equipped curriculum laboratories and 4 research laboratories. There are separate departmental project laboratories. They have good faculty members too. It has a good amount of placements for ECE.     I would say that BITS-Pilani EEE is better when compared to ECE at DTU though DTU is also a good one.

    B.Tech from BITS Pilani is of highest repute and students receive some great offers more than 1crores in dollar terms by Facebook, Google, Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon for App development, Business Intelligence and coding roles.
    Average salaries range from 9-12lpa and median lies at 15 LPA.

    Electrical and electronics engineering is the better course among the two choices.
    There is collaborations With IEEE for paper presentations, research work, etc.
    You have to score high in BITSAT to get this branch in BITS Pilani.
    Modern labs for all kind of practicals are available at the campus along with a world class library.
    The students can diversify their interests by opting for electives in areas like economics, finance etc.
    Recruiters like Texas instruments, Qualcomm, Intel, ST Electronics, Oracle, Uber, Amazon, etc. come for placements.
    Packages offered are as high as 80 lakhs.

No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
