Let me tell you first that both the colleges you have mentioned here are amongst top 5 colleges in Bangalore or rather the colleges in COMEDK.
Now, MSRIT ranks 3 on the same list while PESIT ranks 4-5, changing constantly every year.
MSRIT has the second largest campus among all the colleges present in India.
While the PESIT campus is also big but not enough to take over its competitor's campus.
