    Nheeraj, Mechanical engineering.offers more opportunities to candidates as compared to Electrical engineering.
    Aspirants who have completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering degree have a lot of career opportunities in several sectors through out our country as well as abroad.     First ask yourself, what is your interest, passion, aspiration and aptitude. There is scope for every branch, All these three are highly in demand programs, its you who has to SEE and decide his/her ambition. And this depends on your own introspection. Ask these questions to yourself and answer honestly. You will get your answer automatically:

    Hello Nheeraj, Electrical engineering is the design and study of electronics, power, and electrical systems while mechanical engineering is the design and study of power, energy, weapons systems, aircraft and transportation products, and other equipment.

    Electrical engineering is better than mechanical engineering because it has more scope now when compared to mechanical engineering and also has good placement opportunities.
