    CSE is a crowded department, hence jobs in this department are always flooded. comparatively IT has lesser no. of people attracted to it, therefore there are comparatively more job opportunities.
    I don't know much about Jaypee,solan but I can assure you of quality education in the NCR campus by qualified faculties.
    so, I'd say, choose the one that is apt for you. take certain points to do that,
    1. place of the campus ( if it suits you or not)
    2. the course (find the syllabus related to both courses and see which one suits you)
    3. companies that came in the last year ( this will give you a quick view of what kind of placement you'd get if
