I got 86% in +2, 2018 NEET score 400 (less chances of getting MBBS seat).

VIT is a better option than SASTRA, Thanjavur in terms of placement, environment, ranking, different education portals and other factors.

As far as SASTRA is concerned it is the top ranked university in NIRF rankings. It has secured 32nd place among engineering college in India and all the colleges you have put up are behind SASTRA in rankings. As far as job opportunities are concerned over 700 companies are visiting SASTRA on campus with TCS and Zoho.
