Totally depends on your own interest and inclination. Though choose the type of specialization as per your subject knowledge as well.

Candidate once join the institute, they discuss about the specialization with their mentor who guides them throughout the program in some cases students understand / generate interest in particular specialization in couple of months and then decide.

Since you have bsc in non finance therefore a general management degree is better for you than mba in finance since recruiters look for past background in finance in case of mba in finance

In my opinion, general MBA will be more helpful for your career after physics graduation. For MBA, u need to take various entrance exams such as CAT, SNAP, NMAT, XAT, etc. Your exam score and GD-PI score will decide your admission to MBA B-school.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
