    Since u are opting for automobile engineering which is a segment of vehicle engineering for whic offcoursce u need to hav best colg in ur list . according to me u can refer the following colleges :
    1. IIT Roorkee
    2. IIT Delhi
    3. MAdras institue of tech. Chennai
    4. Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology Chennai
    atleast try to get into these colleges which are actually the best .
